Content Review and ApprovalDepending on the service package, we may provide edited photos, prepared files or upload support.Clients should review content before publishing when staff, customers, private areas, regulated services or sensitive information may appear.Once content is approved or provided to the client, the client is responsible for how it is used, published or distributed.8. Ownership and Usage RightsUnless otherwise agreed in writing, FreshMap Media retains ownership of photos, videos and visual materials we create.After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered content for the client’s own business marketing, including use on Google Business Profile, website, social media and related business channels.The client may not resell, license, transfer or submit the content to stock photo platforms without written permission.FreshMap Media may request permission to use selected work in our portfolio, website or marketing materials. We will not use sensitive or private client materials without appropriate approval.9. Packages, Fees and PaymentsService packages, prices and included deliverables are described on our website or in a written proposal.Prices may change in the future, but active client pricing will follow the agreement or payment terms accepted by the client.Payments may be collected by invoice, e-transfer, Stripe Payment Links or another approved payment method.Work may be paused if payment is late or incomplete.10. Monthly Services and CancellationMonthly packages are intended to be simple and flexible.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.Fees already paid for completed work, scheduled visits, delivered files or current billing periods may be non-refundable.11. ReschedulingPhoto visits may need to be rescheduled due to weather, illness, access issues, business closures, unsafe conditions or other practical limitations.We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the visit at a suitable time.12. RevisionsLight editing is included as described in the selected package or proposal.Additional revisions, extra visits, urgent delivery, special editing, video work, 360° tours or additional content may require additional fees.13. Third-Party PlatformsOur services may involve third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Carrd, Stripe, email providers or cloud storage tools.We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, rejected uploads, account restrictions, platform decisions or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.14. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshMap Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages.Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific service during the previous one month, unless otherwise required by law.15. No Professional AdviceOur visual audits and recommendations are general business and marketing observations.
